2. Yesterday I witnessed a shit show at a local magistrate's office north of #harrisburg #dauphincounty #pennsylvania. Commonwealth v. McClelland, With the Supreme Court’s ruling, prosecutors will again have to present more than just the arrest at a preliminary hearing.

3. This means the arresting officer MUST BE PRESENT in order to testify. Any officer sent in lieu of arresting officer is hearsay.

4. I witnessed from my car a state trouper, outside on his cellphone assumably with his barracks yelling and cursing like a brooklyn truck driver . Says hes sent to cover said officers cases but has NO PAPERWORK.

7. Inside the closed door court room you could hear them arguing about this. With the judge present, barney fife boldly bellows "I DONT CARE IF HES INNOCENT !!". barney fife sure wasnt having a good day.

8. The public defenders appeared via video call. All these cases sans the original arresting officer should've been dismissed. 'Deals' were made in lieu.
9. Barney Fife's tantrum in the parking lot spoke volumes about the Pa State Police . His vile temperament and their dereliction of duty in addition to constitutional & state law violations is the precise reason I wont give them a dime during annual fundraising.
