If I've done the accounting correctly, and I went back more than a decade to be sure, UF only has its fresh set of 25 ICs for this year. It took 5 transfers and reclassified a '21 recruit as '20, so I believe that used up all of the 2020 ICs. They have no room for back counting.
That said, they can take up to 27 new players for 2021. How?
Diwun Black and Deyavie Hammond signed in 2019, didn't qualify, and went to JUCO. They counted as ICs in '19, and they won't in '21 if they come to UF direct from JUCO. Ergo, 25 ICs + Black/Hammond = 27.

UF has 24 present commits outside of the JUCOs. If all of them sign, there's room for one more player whether high school signee or transfer. I know there is a small number of academic risks; if UF doesn't let them sign 'til they're sure to qualify, those ICs are fluid.
I believe that is Florida's IC situation at present. They still have the 85 limit to contend with, though that's completely up in the air with the NCAA having not decided how the 2020 eligibility mulligan will work regarding the 85 cap.
