It's kind of funny that watching Ted Kaczynski desperately trying to explain to green anarchists it doesn't matter what you do as long as you get results and them not listening kind of redpilled me on the organizational question.
In all actuality, a centralized and hierarchical makes sense in a lot of contexts. Horizontalism makes sense in others (especially in urban warfare). If your immediate goal isn't a transition into a new mode of production, then it really doesn't matter as long as you get results.
If you are in a military conflict, horizontalism is just suicidal. If you are in a Western country, extreme centralism is just suicidal. It doesn't make sense to do something bc some dead antisemites said so.
