A good and needed reminder for us in the church when we find our faith being rejected by non-believers. Pay special attention to Jesus’ words in those last two verses! If Jesus rebuked two of his favorite apostles for this, be assured modern Christian, He will rebuke us too...
... when we make the same mistake! Fighting back or pronouncing judgment on those who reject us is not to be something we even consider, let alone be our natural response. May we remember the spirit we are to be of and seek always and only to save those who do not believe...
