TRIPHALA describes (tri) (phala) meaning Three Fruits.
Triphala is a combination of 3 fruits named - Haritaki , Bibhitaki and Amla.
Triphala intake can be done in the form of a tablet,churna etc.
The tri-fruits are dried thoroughly,powdered and mixed in the right proportions to make the Triphala Churna.

1.If taken at NIGHT have it 45 mins past dinner
Take 2 TSP of the Triphala Churna with milk or warm water

2.If taken in the MORNING have 2 TSP of Triphala Churna mixed with jaggery or honey and can be licked off ( चाटना )
-Useful for the nourishment

Soak 2 TSP of Triphala in warm water and let it stay overnight.
In the morning,strain the water and wash your eyes with it.
