Man I hate that phrase. Get off Youtube and focus on something. If you want it, go for it and see it through. Don’t jump to the next thing at first sign of adversity.

Don’t try to multi task too many topics.

It’s easy to get caught in the hype. Everyday you hear Kubernetes Kubernetes Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux, Docker, cloud blah blah.

You have time and remember, people talk way more about these things than they actually deploy and use them.

Unfortunately, we live in world where shitty Youtube algorithms decide what you should learn and how you should feel. There’s good stuff there but don’t get trapped in always looking for the next video and technology. It will be like drugs where you are just looking for a fix.

Get out of the mindset of a quick fix, quick win etc and treat your career as the marathon it is.
