3. Trying to do too many things at once (matooke, strawberries, rabbits, free range chicken, fish, etc

4. "Selfie-farming" - you can't do agri-biz on phone
5. Assuming market availability / looking 4 mkt at harvest time
6. Starting projects based on what's trending.
6. Treated it as a hobby and workers took advantage.

1. Large scale mechanised farming
2. Small scale highly specialised farming like herbs; spices like vanilla etc
3. Being a broker - invest in identifying the markets then stand btn it and the farmer
