Are people mad I said profs/students. Employers/employees, same issue. Same comments. We see you, burning your people out. We’re still in a global pandemic, folks.

Who’s picking up the slack in your household? Just trying to accomplish the same amount of stuff you normally have to, but with a pandemic now on top of that.

How are you managing? How’s your family? Are you the only person your family can rely on right now for extra tasks? Can you offload this work elsewhere? Has your network expanded or are you running at above normal capacity right now? For the past 9 months?

If you need others to tell you explicitly what they’re going through to understand that it is more than in *not a pandemic*, I am truly at a loss for words.
