i ain’t going to bed but just wanted to say you mfs are all brilliant, unique, amazing mfs. in a predominantly male community it is important to enforce the message of mental health and it being okay to wake up and feel shit, to wake up and not get out of bed, to wish not to wake
there is so much shit going on in life and all you can do is protect yourself and your loved ones. the ongoing stress of online school, working from home, sick loved ones, whatever it may be is amounting on top of whatever underlying issues there may be.
but every day is a new canvas. a new attempt to do great. a new possibility, a new adventure, a new lesson. life is one big adventure. we learn more every day and you take what you do from days. feeling lost is normal, feeling stressed is ok, feeling down doesn’t make you worse
then others.
i urge everyone to check their own mental health and just reach out to someone, if you need help or if they may need your help. we as humans have one job and that is to help eachother. the ‘smallest’ things change the biggest issues. just telling someone they’re

wanted in this world means so much.
there are so many people, girl and boy, on twitter that suppress their feelings. they just say they’re ok. but ok isn’t enough, happy is the goal every day. and some days we aren’t happy. but there is no losing or giving up.

it’s either you achieve your goal or you keep trying.
i took time out and focused on myself this week and i’m the happiest i’ve ever been. i’ll leave some things i recommend at the end.
just know you are enough, you are the only you, no one does you as well as you do.

i cannot stress how many people need you in this world and how much you impact daily. i’m so proud of you all for sticking on this long. you’re doing amazing. keep your head up and keep working towards a better you, a brighter future. i love you all so much. take care. Jenz

some things i do to help me:
gym/physical exercise
eat clean
get involved socially
message an old friend
tell people how much they mean to you
find your coping mechanism (can be anything)
feel comfortable with yourself
learn to love yourself

this doesn’t apply to everyone but find god and connect with your religion. in the darkest of times i seek guidance and find it.
stay strong
