No only do we power your campaigns as volunteers, the overwhelming number of paid staffers are under 40.
The next chair MUST have a plan to not only engage young people in the 3 Cs, but they need a plan to engage young people in rural areas.

They must also have a plan on how they intend to engage young people of colors, and young members of the LGBT community.
