Compare to themselves in their own progression. Now, if they have specific goals, then we can compare them to other kids around their age and their data as well. But when you say a kid throws hard, understand what context you’re speaking in
So everyone involved understands what that means, because if your 80 in high school, that’s really not that hard, yet, it’s above average Hs speed, but in the grand scheme of things, in this day and age, 80 is not hard.
