#chesspunks!
Since #chesstwitter Person of the Year trended for a bit, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't also try to popularize #chesstwitter Book of The Year either, yes?

I'm going to start this to be a thing. I hope others can join me on this bandwagon as well.

For #chesstwitter books of the year, I have a couple picks! If you haven't gotten yourselves a copy of either of these books, these are worth checking out (and rereading time and time again!)

1) Blindfolded Endgame Visualisation by @saychess1
2) "Active Pieces" by IM Jay Bonin - the Ironman of Chess! Tons of practical advice about approaching games from strategical/psychological standpoints. The puzzles at the end are fascinating too!
