12 years ago, @GlennClarkRadio and I went on the air at a Baltimore radio station and devised an idea to distribute coats to the men at @HelpingUpMission.
That first year, we took 440 coats in there. And, honestly, we thought that was great.

(2) - Over the years, even after our radio days together ended, we have maintained this event, usually falling around December 15 or so. Each year, it has gotten a little better. We got to 3,000 pieces of apparel and thought we were rolling. Today, we dropped off...
(3) 10,000 pieces of clothing for the men AND women at Helping Up Mission. Coats, shirts, hats, gloves, socks, underwear, stuffed toys and lots of other brand new items were donated or purchased. 400 men and 50 women came in and did holiday shopping for themselves and...
(4) their loved ones. I bring this up to say nothing except THANK YOU. On behalf of @GlennClarkRadio...THANK YOU. To all of you who donated clothing, money and your time...THANK YOU.
