I mention this because I believe that any large Chinese "industrial" operation in the United States (as in Africa) has been heavily "salted" with active PLA personnel & Chinese Intel operatives.

18) The American Military frequently employs a flashy & rapid "shock and awe" approach in their military ops, while the Chinese go about things very quietly and slowly, so as not to raise attention.

20) With respect to the ongoing military operations, there could be a numerous reasons, but given the movement of military assets and their current distribution, China could definitely be playing a role in the US Military's current #CONUS activities.
