Why Hoffenheim is hated in Germany!

[THREAD]
RBLs next opponent is Hoffenheim so I thought why not make a thread about why Hoffenheim is hated in germany. Enjoy the thread!
Hoffenheim is a small village with 3500 inhabitants, so how did such a small village manage to get up to the highest level in German football? The reason behind the rise of TSG Hoffenheim is this man: Dietmar Hopp.
Dietmar Hopp is a German business man who is behind SAP, a software company. SAP has a net worth of 15.9 Billion USD. Hopp retired from SAP in the 2000s but he still belongs to one of the richest people in Germany.
Hopp began to invest in Hoffenheim 1990. Hoffenheim played in the 5th tier of German football also known as the Oberliga. Hopp helped them win Back to Back promotions to the 3. Liga.
After Hopp retired from SAP in 2006 he intensified his interest in the club, and recruited Ralf Rangnick. (Rangnick was also an important man for RBL). Hopp invested heavily in the Squad and in 2008 after Back to Back promotions they reached the Bundesliga for the first time.
and under the leadership of Julian Nagelsmann Hoffenheim managed to qualify for the first time in club history for the UEFA Champions League, the most prestigious tournament in the world.
But why is Hoffenheim so hated? Well, like RB Leipzig they found a way around the 50+1 Rule.

The 50+1 rule is a rule in Germany that ensures that fans retain the ownership of the club. Hoffenheim owner Hopp owns 96% of the club.
without Hopps backing it was unlikely that the club ever reached the bundesliga let alone fill a stadium of 30.000 supporters.

As a result many of the fans in the Bundesliga view Hoffenheim as a 'plastic' club who have bought succes thanks to operating outside of the 50+1 rule.
the 50+1 rule requires that at least 50% + 1 share must be owned by members of the club, In order to ensure that outsiders cannot simply buy and sell teams as is possible in other countries.
there are a few exceptions on this rule: Bayer 04 and Wolfsberg. These teams are workersclubs founded by the staff of the companies that own them. (Bayer & Volkswagen)
But how did Hopp manage to get around this rule?

RB Leipzig has found a clever way around this rule, as we have just 17 members of the club, all of them are RedBull employees. But how did Hopp?
Hopp was given an exemption to the 50+1 rule, because Hopp was been an large scale investor in the club for over 20 years. This gave him the ability to buy more than 50% of the shares.
This led to protests and BVB away supporters that were banned for 2 Years to visit a match away in Hoffenheim. As a result Bundesliga fans from other clubs became even angrier and that led to more protests.
The most notable protest was last season when supporters from Bayern MĂĽnchen protested against Hopp and called him a "Hurensohn". As a response the Referee discontinued the match. Bayern were leading 6-0 at that time.
After a short stop the players returned to the pitch and passed the ball to each other rather than to attempt play competitively.
This is why Hoffenheim is hated in germany.
