The Korean R&D engineer attended today with @Gavin_3dwards I'm still yet to get any response to explain exactly what the problem is. All I get is emails from my customer telling me how Navien have said it's my fault. This is poor form and I feel incredibly let down.
If I don't get any response from anyone at Navien by close of play tomorrow I will replace that boiler and I will pursue Navien for the cost. We have installed this boiler exactly the same as any other yet I'm being made out to Be a bad installer. That's disgraceful behaviour
