to think and differentiate between Atma and Anaatma. We have to attain knowledge through thought process. We have to ban or prohibit the Anatma. Atma gives us achievement because it can never be prohibited. We require the strength of Atma. We can achieve this

through thoughts in our conscience. So here Parmatma is requested to provide strength to Atma in order to ban Anaatma.

सुकृताः - Built nicely.
अद्य - Today.
तेभि - They.
सुगेभिः - Easy.
पथिभिः - On path.
नःरक्ष च - Protect us too.
