2/ We show that aldosterone and vasopressin are required for maturation of collecting duct cell types – we hypothesize this intervention might improve differentiation across protocols
3/ We also found urothelial cells (though no lumen) suggesting the possibility of developing protocols that generate a collecting system and ureter @MysorekarLab
6/ And manipulating Notch signaling alters the ratio of principal cells to intercalated cells – recalling beautiful mouse data showing same from @KSusztak
