A 90% effective vaccine would be great. Keep in mind that its main benefit is in the 75+ age group.

Of course, young healthy people who take a vaccine are also less likely to spread it to at-risk people, so that's a plus. However, if the risks are so low for young/healthy to begin with, why have governments been trying to prevent them from building immunity this whole time? 2/3
