thanks for one girl reminding me the cultural difference, Japanese fans usually wont leave comments beneath the illustration of artists unless we are very close or friends of that artist. We usually just "RT" it and leave our thougt or impression on our own twitter account page
like Hori's and his assistant's illustration on their twitter, those who leave comments are western
fans.Japanese fans usually just RT it and leaves their comments on their own twitter. I didnt like to leave comments below either but seeing u guys do it, i started to do it too😂
If its fanarts, then its ok. But its considered as rude/forbidden for japanese is to leave comments mentioning about any ships no matter its gay or hetero on Horikoshi sensei/assistant and Mha offical twitter account.
I Know Hori's assistant likes to draw bkdk and Hori likes to draw it sometimes too, but its considered rude/forbidden to do is to leave comments mentioning bkdk below no matter their bkdk drawing looks how much canon, gay to you. You can't do it😷
When it comes to fanart artists, yes its ok to mention the ship. But be careful most of jp artists dont understand En, they usually use translator, so better avoid use words that might make them misunderstand your complements as negative meaning. For example, this art is sick
The most convinient and safest word to leave comment is simply Kawaii かわいい!japanese use kawaii to describe their good expression on almost every single things or people in daily life.
Thanks for @RiekimaI chan to ask me this question😊 i actually didnt noticed how different the both culture are until you asked it lol
Dont get me wrong. Japanese fans do love commenting below But just not for fanarts. When mha official twitter release new info about anime or event, many jp fans comment below too😊 and another reason jp fans dont comment below Hori's tweets simply just trying to avoid spoiler😟
But i dont think Jp artists dislike people replying to their artworks...but honestly, i am not sure since I dont draw and seldome interact with fanarts artists, so i dont know how they feel about people's replies..i think it depends. if i am an artist, I love people's replies😳
Many People asking me whether its rude or not to leave replies to jp artists...I dont know actually. I think it really depends on the person. Since i started my twitter, i saw people do this way, so i just simply followed them and do the same thing without thinking about why lol
