Behind every habit,good or bad,there is a HABIT LOOP that works- beacuse of which we do what we do !!

(Once our mind witness a cue,it automatically follows the routine associated with it)
Example:
π—–π—¨π—˜ - notification
π—₯π—’π—¨π—§π—œπ—‘π—˜ - clicking/opening the notification
π—₯π—˜π—ͺ𝗔π—₯𝗗 - dopamine hit
One can change any habit by keeping the π—–π—¨π—˜ and π—₯π—˜π—ͺ𝗔π—₯𝗗 same and just by reloading the π—₯π—’π—¨π—§π—œπ—‘π—˜.

(A Person needs to work on not following the same routine which our mind automatically follows after witnessing cue, instead do something else at that moment)

Example:
Discipline for a task when developed will automatically lands into other parts of our life.
SMALL WINS do matter - they basically motivates you to move forward with confidence !!
WILL POWER IS LIKE A MUSCLE

-you can build it
-it is affected by fatigue
How to build WILL POWER ?
-simple write down on a piece of paper,
what you must be doing when the inflection point hit you.

-and then:
PRACTICE-PRACTICE-PRACTICE
(whatever you wrote down)

inflection point-the point you feel like not doing it and want will power to hit

Your weak ties(friends of friends) will help you build more network than your strong ties(people you spend most time with) do
