There's no magic in Keto Diet, it's just creating a massive calorie deficit. Why don't you do that's while consuming balanced macros? What I'm trying to prove here is: if you're doing normal caloric deficit you'll get the same result as keto (if total calorie same)
There's no magic in Atkins Diet, it's just creating a massive calorie deficit. Why don't you do that's while consuming balanced macros? What I'm trying to prove here is: if you're doing normal caloric deficit you'll get the same result as Atkins (if total calorie same)
It's rapid weight loss, 4-7lb/week. But 1g of carb (Glycogen), there is also 4g of water. Which mean during the first few days you'll be using remaining glycogen around 500g & lose 2 kg of water

That's good? Right? Lost 2.5KG in few days?

No, since none of them is FAT LOSS
When you get back to your normal state of eating the body will quickly store back its 500g carb +2 kg water in the liver/muscle.

You can trigger fat loss on 200g of carb, you can also experience fat loss on 700g.
All you need to do is slowly decrease your food intake, give your body time to adapt and revisit your intake when you hit the wall. The main component that we need to address here
1. enough carbs to perform exercises
2. high protein for the recovery period
3. consume good fats
Hopefully, I won't see any of my followers fainted while training or even find it hard to maintain sanity with the super low-carb intake

Taking out one of the food groups is never a healthy way. Surprise when there are still people promoting keto on the timeline
