I am sure you have seen his work somewhere already. This thread is to formally introduce you to his style if you don't know about it already. Born in Tamil Nadu, India, he did his BFA & MFA from govt. college at Kumbakonam and Chennai respectively.
He is one of the most refined & experienced amongst the few existing realistic Indian artists today. His interests include exploring different mediums in art- watercolor, oil paint and acrylic. But his love for oil paints is inconvincible, well composed and awe-inspiring.
He has breathed life into the faces and lives of uncaptured people, the common crowd in everyday moments of life. Exquisite innocent expressions with delicate play of light and fine details will captivate you with its realism.
A reflection of his thoughts, each painting reaches out to you with the naïve eyes of its subjects engrossed in their own little world of regular work. He has held many successful shows and has won many prestigious awards and honors. An artist par excellence.
I hope you enjoy and appreciate the level of sheer artistic talent that you see and learn further about him and his work.
