A wasted day. Doing nothing. I will pick up. Of course I am affected thinking what to do about my PIP tribunal. Its complicated. Technically if I remain as is I am approx £80 a week worse off. But they leave me alone. Ironically I am entitled to Severe Disability Payments>>
because of PIP but not full PIP. And SDP is almost making up my lost money on PIP. But still approx £15 short. OTOH it means SDP is all but wiped out. So its like not getting it. But obviously you are. But if PIP is reduced or taken away you lose SDP. Its awful being dependent>>>
on the state. Few would take the g'ment shilling if they knew the conditions you have to fulfill. And not believe the impression of how generous the system is. Its a difficult decision to make. Be thankful things are the same as the last 2 or 3 years though its been a fight.
Or hope it could be better but not knowing that it will be.
So if I think my own situation is bad...how does this happen? It makes me so
and the following tweet I am going to include in my thread brings up another point I had not thought about. And may change my plans to give in and accept where I am with my own Tribunal>>>

It was not discussed between myself and my representative from Welfare Rights. Can you appeal a decision made by a Tribunal. Is it worth it? What do you live on in the meantime? My representative said it is usually harder to fight for an award and an increase in points>>>
if you are nearer the prize than further away. I am likely not to go through with the Tribunal because I have so much to lose. I think that they know that most people are scared and that the system is stacked against them. You'd think the people doing Tribunals were spending>>>>
their own money.
