Hence, I came across The Feynman Learning Technique which IMO is the best way to attain information.
This technique has the following four steps

This technique has the following four steps

1. Recognize the subject you want to learn
Write the topic you want to learn in a notebook and start jotting down everything you seem you know about it.
IMO: This gives a launchpad of where to start from and get rid of any hidden assumptions you might have.

2. Pretend to teach a kid in grade 6
Make sure while writing, you're aim should be to make it understandable even to a child. In this way, you'll be forced to get the concept at a deeper level than before.

3. Know you're knowledge gaps
By now you'd have recognized the places you need improvement at and now you can go back to the source material (or google) to get that information and teach yourself.

4. Review and simplify
Repeat this process, until you're able to explain it to someone in the simplest of words and a jargon-free approach. Now you can run it past someone IRL or actually help a lot of people through creating content based on it.
