Theatre Twitter. I won't be popular for this but I have to tell the truth. Maybe no audience member has contracted Covid but I know of a director, a designer, a sound designer, a stage manager all of whom caught it in a rehearsal room.
Masks, shields, social-distance, copious amounts of sanitiser and disinfectant, and it's still possible to catch it. I understand the frustration at the anomalies about what is allowed and what isn't but please stop claiming that theatre is 100% safe!
And please stop posting photos of yourselves in rehearsal rooms without masks and at close quarters - unless you've all been in a bubble and/or quarantined prior to beginning work.
I love theatre. I love making it. I love watching it - but, at the moment, there is a risk in being indoors with other people.
