45 days from a US election, Director Ratcliffe (in consultation with ANY of those 17 agencies) is to deliver an assessment to President Trump about any foreign interference in our election. He also delivers to Pompeo, Mnuchin, Miller, Rosen & Wolf. 45 days is 12/18/20.
Director Ratcliffe was just seen with President Trump on Marine One going to the Army/Navy game.
