$3 billion would remove the 600,000 miles of abandoned barbed wire on public lands, about $3 million will build and landscape one wildlife overpass.

If we repurposed the $38 billion in meat industry subsidies. We could build 12,500 overpasses & remove all that barbed wire.
Today 4 agencies oversee 617.7 m acres of public land, Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service

Here's an idea. Eliminate them all except the NPS and hand them the entire 618.7 m acres to administrate under their present mandate
There's no point having an interior department which oversees three obsolete unsustainable capitalist models of public lands mismanagement.

Get rid of em, save billions in taxpayer dollars and run the entire show just like we manage the one successful outfit, our national parks
