Who are the people fundamentally invested in corporate diversity initiatives? Not radicals, who should be pushing for workplace democracy not further control and scrutiny of workers by bosses. Rather a class of grifters and right-wing liberals posing as revolutionaries.
This is how profound the rot is on the left - a union boss should be deeply sceptical of any burden placed on workers rather than their employers - but here she is defending making the subconscious of civil servants a matter for their HR department.
Dare one suggest that strong unions and transparent hiring practices might play a role in ending discrimination rather than subjecting workers to pseudoscientific corporate shamanism in order to improve the organisations PR?
