1) They are hustlers. They wanted to raise money to sort rubbish on fast-moving recycling plant conveyer belts.... So started by throwing rubbish onto a treadmill in Bournemouth and showing they could sort it. (1/5)
2) They never lose sight of the customer or problem - team retreats are on rubbish dumps in France where the team learn to pick rubbish manually so they understand how to automate. (2/5)
