Main criteria for judging full backs:
- Passing in the build up phase
- Defending out of possession
- Crossing in the final third
- Pace and dribbling for dynamism in between all phases of play

How good are Chelsea full backs by this criteria?
Reece James has excellent passing and his strength is also useful for ball retention. He's good defensively and has world class crossing

He's also a good dribbler with the way he uses his body but not too dynamic. That's not a limitation if he functions as an inverted full back
Chilwell is dynamic but often loses the ball in build up and isnt the best at defending. He started well this season but normally his crossing is inconsistent
Emerson is good in the build up phase, but hes not dynamic and not good enough in defence.

Alonso is only good at goalscoring which isnt even on the rubric.
With Emerson and Chilwell we have 2 different profiles that can be used differently depending on what's needed. Reece James is a complete full back and the best English one
AWB and Trent are the biggest frauds in the world. AWB is only good at tackling and that wont even get you half a point from the defending score. Trent is basically Chilwell with a bigger sample size of attempted crosses.
If Reece James loses weight and gains dynamism its over for football. Best RB in the world. Trippier, Walker, Trent, Lamptey, AWB born in the wrong era
