your life. We have mastered the art of managing a wildly busy shop floor that’s bustling with tons of browsers. We are good at our jobs. And this year, our jobs got turned upside-down. We know this happened for everyone, this disorienting flip. But we went from being a place 5/x
that relied on human-to-human connection IRL to an online bookstore. We’ve gotten creative. You’ve been supportive. But, as deftly as we handle online orders, it’s impossible to catch up right now. We’re currently about five days behind on processing and ALL of us are working 6/x
