I was looking at plane info over Canada/US and noticed a plane from China (Hainan Airlines) coming into Vancouver Intl Airport - not all that weird or anything, right? Well look at this pic...

I went to http://planespotters.net and looked up Hainan Airlines and that is what showed up. Check out the plane with the desc. “Cargo (Covid-19)”. The column next to it is “delivered” date. It could be nothing, but this seems odd. Anyone with more expertise - please research!
For reference, I found the original flight on http://globe.adsbexchange.com - this site seems to have excellent flight tracking info. Fun to play with.
Some more info from the site. Makes more sense now maybe with a 2020 date in there? Still a little odd that it says “leased from (hidden)”

Another update, looked up “C24Y279” (see in last pic, the code after configured), and this Russian site comes up
