Let's look at a reassuring #COVID19 chart, the weekly positivity rate in Vancouver Coastal Health and Island Health.

This is encouraging, particularly Island Health, which is now under 1% again, with around 10 new cases a day.

But now let's look at B.C.'s other three health regions.

The positivity rate is rising, even in Fraser Health once again, all at levels that are very difficult to get under control.

We've now spent enough time with the new restrictions where we would hope to see effects.

There are a few caveats to regional positivity rates, as you'll see in previous threads where a few folks get annoyed that I reference them at all.

But if you're wondering why daily numbers are no longer falling in B.C., well, that's probably a big clue why.
