What no one is pointing out is the immediate national emergency we face the very first time Donald Trump is asked—during the afternoon of January 20, 2021—whether he is the rightful and "legitimate" president of the United States. His answer becomes a matter of national security.
The question I just posed is key because Trump yesterday told Fox News that if Biden is inaugurated on January 20, Biden will be an "illegitimate" president. That forces Trump to say—on January 20—that *he's* the real POTUS. What I'm saying is that while Trump doesn't have to "concede" the election, he must either acknowledge on January 20 and thereafter that Biden is the legitimate POTUS, or must never publicly make a statement on the matter of Biden's legitimacy—which I don't think he's capable of.
