With Wisconsin getting the first doses of COVID-19 vaccine today, here are a couple important reminders:

-If you're lucky enough to receive the vaccine early, you should still wear your mask! The virus can be spread to others even if you are immune to its symptoms...
-It will likely be close to a year before everyone who wants a vaccine can get one. Until then, continue to take appropriate precautions to protect yourself and others...
-Our current test positivity rate in Wisconsin is still 5 TIMES the recommended level for loosening restrictions, so while it's great news that infections, hospitalizations, and deaths are starting to come down, it's no reason to get complacent.
