Just as we were preparing to start our #MentosFreshChallenge some set of jobless influencers that couldn't sleep at night decided that their today's topic would be Laycon. One even dedicated a full thread.. It wasn't funny at all, it got alot of iCONs pissed..
Because it is one thing to come for Laycon as regarding a BBN drama and it is entirely different ball game to come for his music career.. A lot of iCONs got really emotional while others were still trying to make sense off the rubbish cus it obviously seemed planned.
Many resulted to defending and dragging the living day light out of the nonsense tweep buh some of us decided to school the illiteracy out of their heads by giving them facts about how its music over BULLSHIT

We then decided to block out all the negativity and focus on our challenge. Despite the set backs most iCONs were able to come through with the Mentos Challenge.. it was beautiful. I did mine o buh didn't post it because the foam no gree foam well .

Today was really filled with ups and downs and one of the down moments was hearing of omah lay and Tems arrest incident in Uganda..
The whole issue started like a joke buh soon escalated into a very serious issue as they are denied release and are being charged to court..

People soon started to lend their voices in the best way that they could as we started to trend the tag #FreeTems #FreeOmahLay. Alot of Nigerians are concerned and worried, actions are being taken and we hope they become fruitful 
In all of this happening, one Uganda female artist decided that she wanted to be unfortunate today of all days. She made a video where she called omah lay an idiot for holding a successful concert in Uganda. Trust Nigerians, they dragged her by the head ..

As we are very much aware, for weeks now our streaming spirit and ginger has been really low..
We have starting dropping down on charts and if we continue this way, we might as well just say goodbye to being on any charts..

An incident happened today where Laycon's music career was being questioned and were able to set some records straight and shut their mouths with receipts of topping charts..

Alot of iCONs showed their concerns today and it's very valid.. To this regard a meeting was held on the iCONs streaming group and playlist for each streaming platforms were created. I'll drop the links to the playlist after this thread.
Although we still made it charts today, we need to do better. One of the conclusions from the meeting was to Organise a streaming party everyday from 6pm where everyone is to participate and drop receipts to encourage others. This does not stop you from streaming during the day
