Ok I have done some rough maths.
Most recent national figure is roughly 312k tests with 21k positive which gives a 6.7% rate
Hastings has 90k population. Today 414 positive which means they must have done 6200 tests yesterday. Or 6.8% of the Hastings population. Pure lies
@SallyAnn1066 what have you got to say about this? You must know these figures are an out and out lie. What are you going to about this as our elected representative in Parliament. Hancock is a liar and you know it and so do we
Over 3 days that would mean 1 in 5 people tested. Over 4 days that would mean 1 in 4 tested. Put it another way that would be everyone tested in Hastings within 16 days.... Laughable
This doesn't stack up does it @PassonDee?
The test centre in Hastings is 5 mins from my home. It is empty all day and night. I think I would notice 6200 people turning up there. Even 620 people. Pure utter lying bollox
Whilst I am on the subject they report this as 440 per 100,000 people. In fact what that really means is 0.4 per 100 people or 0.4%. Doesn't sound scary enough like that though does it?
