George coached me in '94 while I was at Uni in Edinburgh, when I was getting back into training. 1/3

I recognised the facade that I thought I knew (before the story blew) - the knowledgeable, encouraging coach. I got a sense of (without really knowing) the childhoods and lives he destroyed.

You'd think you'd know, wouldn't you? But that's why this podcast is so important. 2/3

Not just because it might finally lead to justice for his victims, but because it makes you realise how vigilant we need to be and how we need to make sure that children feel safe to speak up.
