Will it provide essential protection for millions of renters on verge of losing homes & give time for rental assistance to be distributed & Biden to act?
✅ YES
The compromise provides $25B in emergency rental assistance.

Is that enough to meet estimated $70B in back rent or ongoing need for rental assistance? ❌ NO.

Are these resources essential & desperately/urgently needed? ✅ YES
The compromise bill targets $25B in rental assistance to the lowest-income people.

Will this help ensure those most at risk of eviction are assisted 1st? ✅ YES

Should Congress enact this compromise bill immediately? ✅ YES!!
