Meghan and Archie are biracial. Harry is married to a woman of colour. He has a mixed race child.

I think it’s incredible & it’s something that I celebrate b/c it is part of Meghan & Archies identity & an important part of the Sussex’s family life.

(cont.)
That being said, it’s not something I comment or focus on bc, imo, it simply doesn’t matter what someone’s race is

That is not to say it’s not important bc it most definitely is. Race impacts how we see the world & how the world sees us & informs so much of our lives

But Meghan has shown us all who she is as person & to me there are so many things that are so much more important than the color of her skin.

Her firm belief in the power of women, her commitment to her family, her determination to seek justice & her belief in the good

(cont.)
Her race plays part in the media coverage & it is important to her story & I will never diminish or ignore that

But it truly doesn’t matter to me bc there’s so much more to her and Archie than the melanin in their skin, Which is why I don’t really talk about or focus on it
If someone has a difference of opinion I’m happy to discuss respectfully but just wanted to share where I am coming from & my opinion on the topic
