-That decision was 4-3 (with the three Ds joined by one R in the majority to the three R dissents).

-This impacts 215k ballots. Biden's "official" lead is c. 20,000.
-Question is what's the remedy? They implied they'll think on this.

-Regardless, the WI Certification for Biden is clearly contested. No doubt the VP refuses to count EVs from WI on this ground.
-Interestingly, getting an evidentiary hearing is highly effective. Hard 2 argue w/facts.
