Thread/Analysis on Hitagi Senjougahara and why she's my favourite female character of all time.
First I just want to get this out of the way, yes, her interactions with Araragi are some of my favourite parts in the series dialogue wise. Senjougahara has some of the best and most subtle development
you can find in a series imo. She's my favourite example of a character-

She can never fully get rid of her trauma no mater how much she tries to disregard her burdens. The only way to remove this crab is by opening up to someone about her burdens,

Ever since she was nearly raped she had built walls around her, never interacting with anyone on a personal level EVER. He's the only person
that genuinly tried to speak to her and tried to help her. Resulting into her eventually opening up to her past, and breaking down into-

Every time we see her it seems like she has developed
or regressed a little, due to the series not being in a chronological order, which makes her development very noticable in a weird way. Like Araragi helped her, she tries to help others after this arc,-

You can very clearly tell that shes not quite there yet in trying to help other people, but she certainly learns. I just find it amazing how she learns and builds on these things that every
other character used socially, while she was blocked off from having those kinds of-

till Hitagi Rendez-Vous hits. This arc builds on their relationship SO much. Not just basic things
like eventually calling eachother by their first names or something. One scene, where they just do random ass stuff like a real couple does just felt incredibly natural, showed-

in such a short amount of time. Then the last scene in Zoku Owarimonogatari.. Araragi tells senjougahara about him not being sure which foot he should cross the line with first, his left or his right

she laughs this off, knowing how Araragi still feels, she jumps foward with 2 legs, making him certain and accepting everything that he has done was nothing to reflect about in a negative way.

Also just some stuff thats bias for me, she has my favourite female VA in anime, I find her hilarious, she has my favourite
