[THREAD] Are you looking for a replacement for Jota? Here’s a list of options who have passed the eye test and are priced below 7.0m:
(1)
Ivan Cavaleiro (5.3m) (BHA, NEW, SOU, TOT, BUR)

Fulham’s display of strength against Liverpool was a testament to the shift in their attacking creativity after GW6. Fulham’s combined xG increased by 45.5% in the last 6 GWs despite playing Manchester City and Liverpool.
Fulham’s combined xG:

7.05 in GW1-GW6 (#15)
10.3 in GW7-GW12 (#6)

At the heart of Fulham’s attack is Cavaleiro. The Portuguese has been starting at #9 ahead of Mitrovic and taking penalty duties. Since GW9, his xG90 has been 0.85 and averaging 1.26 big chances per game.
(2)
Jarrod Bowen (6.4m) (CRY, CHE, BHA, SOU, EVE)

West Ham have been in an incredible form this season, deservedly sitting at #6 in the league. Bowen has been a steady starter and a key player in Moyes’s system. Between GW8-GW12, Bowen has taken 18 shots, 12 inside the box.
The most memorable ones are the misses against Man Utd in GW11. His xA90 is 0.45 from the last 5 GWs, the highest within the players priced below 7.0m and starting regularly. He takes corners and he’s capable of scoring and producing in West Ham’s counter attacking system.
(3)
Raphinha (5.4m) (NEW, MUN, BUR, WBA, TOT)

@fpl_tactician, an avid Leeds United supporter, has tweeted 35 times about Raphinha in the month of December only. In fact, he prefers the Brazilian as the go to Leeds player ahead of Bamford.
Raphinha plays as an advanced winger in Bielsa’s system. After starting regularly in GW9, Raphinha has been averaging 2.28 key passes per game. Leeds United have been a statistical myth this season for over-performing defensively and massively underperforming offensively.
It’s hard to quantify his involvement in numbers but he definitely passes the eye test. When/If Leeds United regress back to the norm, I expect to see Raphinha frequently on the scoring sheet with assists and goals.
