The man is being born from America with one hand grasping England showing the power of the US over the island nation.

The foot can be seen trying to burst out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean...indicating the desire to control the far east(China)...back then it was Japan!

A starving lady with her child is seen pointing to Armenia hinting at the Armenian genocide n starvation!
In modern times,thus is the condition of Syria where people are starving even today!

Earth can be seen bleeding!
Back then it was WWII...

Earth is still bleeding...now it's terrorism, atrocities against humanity, torturing of children,etc!

Back then it was because of colonisation...now it's bcos of internal conflicts, Boko Haram, civil war, etc!

The world is shrouded by a sinister looking cloth indicating uncertainty which gives a certain sense of eeriness!
Very much like what's going on today...you never know what's going to happen tomorrow!
