Re tier 3, for the benefit of London here’s the run down me and my friends came up with for how to legally meet and get drunk (with rain in mind)

- bandstand
- trolley park
- church (? untested)
- ‘business’

Basically just whatever you did when you were 14. I also thought of getting one of those half-tent things that you get on the beach and taking it to the park; if all else fails there’s always the bus stop. (I actually spent more time than I care to admit considering this.)

And yes, for the benefit of those already quoting me to say what an irresponsible human I am, I do know that Covid is a serious thing. But it’s been a long, long year
