If you are looking to make a change next year

Here are 7 things I learned from @Cernovich's Mindset Course

Work yourself to exhaustion

If you are like me and spend too much worrying about your lack of progress

Work harder and put that worrying energy into something productive
Mindset is a loop

If you wake up every day saying I’m not X

Then every day, you will continue not being X

Flip that mindset

Want to be a runner

Run around the block

Congrats, you are a runner
Mindest is a skill

If today is the first day you are changing your mindset

Make tomorrow day 2

Masters of anything are simply beginners who didn’t quit.

Don’t be a quitter
Talk to yourself the way you talk to a friend.

Do you tell your friends they are worthless?

That they can’t do anything?

Then why do you tell yourself that?
Visualize the life you want to have

Want a better life, more friends, or to travel the world?

Then visualize it and develop the mindset and daily steps that will get you to that goal
Did you fail at something in 2020?

Don’t feel sorry for yourself.

Go do something else.

Life is too short to wallow in self-pity.
So what if this doesn’t work?

If you try to lose weight, learn a language, find a better relationship.

You will still be a better person than you had not tried at all.

I hope your 2021 is better than your 2020.
