When it comes to being productive

Discipline > Motivation

We all know this

Most of us know that both motivation and discipline are good and can work in tandem to produce consistent results

What most people don’t know, is the third piece of the puzzle

- THREAD -
The thing that amplifies both discipline and motivation can be found all throughout nature and science

It’s called..

Creating the Path of Least Resistance

I truly believe that creating the path of least resistance is just as important as focusing on discipline

Here is why
With only discipline and motivation you can often experience burn out and end up drifting

However, when you have created the path of least resistance for yourself..

You will find that even when you feel burn out

It will be far easier to push through and stay disciplined
Here are a few examples
If you put your alarm close enough to wake you up, but far enough so you have to get out of bed..

You will find it much more difficult to hit the snooze button

But if you have your alarm at arms reach you will be more likely to hit snooze

Starting your day at a net negative
If you network and make friends that are on a similar path as you..

Then you will have motivation filtered to you frequently, a support system, and people holding you accountable to get things done
If you write down daily, weekly, and monthly goals because it is proven that you will be more likely to achieve them..

Then you will be more likely to achieve your goals
If you avoid toxic energy vampires

and stop ignoring red flags

You will find more of your time and energy freed up for things you are more interested in
As you can see.. I could do this all day long.. and so could you

All of these things and so many more create a path of less resistance

All that is required of you now is to get a little creative with this to fit your own life
