The ran the votes through 3 different times...and the DVS system machines gave 3 widely divergent results.

22,082 votes were tabulates 3 separate times, on Nov 3, 5 & 21.
# of votes cast goes from 16,047 on Nov. 3 [BIDEN wins] to 18,059 on Nov 5 [TRUMP wins]
