use trigger warnings correctly: a thread
examples of what to DO :
tw // something
cw // something
put spaces between the “tw” and the slashes and the trigger
you need to put spaces between them as shown
tw // something
cw // something
put spaces between the “tw” and the slashes and the trigger

examples of what NOT to do:
tw//something
cw//something
tw (not specified)
cw (not specified)
tw // o*bject
if you don’t put spaces it would count as one word so if someone has a the words muted it would still show up on their tl and will trigger them. ++
tw//something
cw//something
tw (not specified)
cw (not specified)
tw // o*bject

also don’t censor the words
example:
-o*bject
-w*rning
for people who have those words muted it will show up on their tl so please don’t censor the words.
example:
-o*bject
-w*rning
